First set
​
Dependent on the event I will play 45 minutes of my acoustic repertoire for you guests to enjoy and relax. After this I will take a little break (usually 15 minutes but can be shorter or longer, it's up to you). I will then leave appropriate background music on until my second set.

Second set and pack down
​
After I have played my second set I will pack down all of my equipment discretely and wait till an appropriate time to move it into my car. Pack down will take around 20 minutes.

Having played many different events such as wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, corporate events, restaurants etc. I ​am very experienced in what I do and will make sure your event has the right music!

Typical set up

Arrive 1 hour before I play or earlier if desired

Arrival
​
When I arrive at the venue I will liaise with the event manager or whoever is in charge during that day to discuss load in and where I will be setting up. Normally I try to contact the venue prior to the event to ensure they know i'm coming and to give them any necessary documentation they might need. It will take 40 minutes for me to load in, get set up and do a very quick soundcheck, sometimes the whole process is shorter but 40 minutes ensures everything is ok

After set-up
​
Once everything is ok I shall put on background music if requested and go to wherever is out of the way so as not be confused as a waiter or guest and making sure the event manager has told me what time to come back and play my first set.
